And once again, it's time for Menu Plan Monday!! Since I am feeling back to my
normal whatever normal is self I am in the mood to get my Betty Crocker on. Daddy better be prepared to gain a few pounds.
Monday- Chili (made by Daddy )
Tuesday- Smothered Pork Chops, Brussels Sprouts with Onions and Bacon (although I think I'll leave the onions out because it will be way too much onion for one meal otherwise), and Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes.
Wednesday- Spaghetti with Cheesy Meatballs and Garlic Bread
Thursday- Chicken and Spanish Rice (I'll put up the recipe and pics later when I have a working camera!)
Friday- Slow Cooker Pot Roast, Potatoes, Onions, Carrots and Celery!
All weekend...fend for yourself!!
